Eduardo Córdoba - Investment Committee

Eduardo Córdoba is a member of J.C. Marlin Capital’s Investment Committee and currently serves as Partner and Head of Restructuring at Lener Corporate Finance. At Lener Mr. Córdoba has performed over €5 billion worth of transactions for companies and funds such as Pescanova, IDC Capio, Quiron, Fagor, Apollo and Portobello Capital. Prior to joining Lener, Mr. Cordoba was a senior investment banker at J.P. Morgan in London, where he performed over €5 billion in complex transactions across a wide variety of industries for Fortune 500 companies during six years. He also advised institutional investment funds and top-tier clients on energy projects, M&A execution, LBOs and JV opportunities.

Mr. Cordoba holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics and a Law degree from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid.
