Itziar Ventura - Legal Execution

Itziar Ventura is a Partner at J.C. Marlin Capital Partners and leads the Legal Execution team within J.C. Marlin Capital, primarily focusing on the underwriting and workout of the firm’s investments.Mrs. Ventura is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Alelve Abogados, a 25 year-old law firm in Barcelona specialized in corporate, civil and bankruptcy law. Prior to founding Alelve, Mrs. Ventura was a Partner at Bufete Vilaseca Abogados.

Mrs. Ventura holds a Law degree from Universitat de Barcelona as well as a Master’s degree in European Law from Radboud University in the Netherlands. In addition, Mrs. Ventura is a member of the Barcelona Bar (Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona).
